A New Chapter

On May 1, 2025, Drug & Alcohol Testing 24/7 entered a new chapter of growth under the ownership of Susie Fernandez de Cordova and Javier Neira. Together, Susie and Javier bring more than 25 years of combined experience in healthcare, compliance, community outreach, and organizational leadership, with careers dedicated to advancing equity, access, and public safety across Wisconsin.

Susie is a data‑driven healthcare professional and community advocate with over 15 years of experience in clinical informatics, research coordination, and public health. As majority owner, she shapes the clinic’s systems, compliance, and quality‑improvement efforts, with a special focus on strengthening access for bilingual and rural communities. Her background in Clinical and Health Informatics and her work with underrepresented populations guide the clinic’s commitment to ethical, evidence‑based care.

Javier is a mission‑driven community leader, entrepreneur, and operational strategist with more than 14 years of experience building successful diversity, recruitment, and access initiatives across Wisconsin. At Drug & Alcohol Testing 24/7, he leads client‑facing operations and strategic growth, expanding mobile testing capabilities and deepening partnerships with employers, legal entities, and community organizations. His hands‑on approach reflects a strong commitment to public safety, client satisfaction, and community well‑being.
